Site indexing on Google means if the site is recognized by Google, or if it’s appearing on Google search results. Many of us don’t even know if our site is indexed on this search engine.
If you are not sure that your website is appearing on Google results, then go to www.google.com/yahoo.com/msn and search for site www.yourdomain.com.
If the displayed result is “site not found”, it means that the website is not present in the Google index. If the site is in the Google index, then search result would display the pages from your site only. If no webpages are indexed, this maybe because of the web domain being new or recently launched with not enough high value backlinks to make it into the index.

Anchor text for the uninitiated, is the visible text of a link. If you want to link to a friend’s blog for example, you can place his name in the anchor text.

However If you are more smart and SEO-aware, you would use a more relevant keyword as your anchor text, such as:

This will cause his blog to rank well for Web design, although there will be other factors responsible for this as well. Thus the anchor text of the links to your site greatly determine your site’s ranking.
